The Design Club is a network of communities created by designers, for designers. You may find them in Montréal, Ottawa, Marseille, and online!
Through speaker events, panel discussions, workshops, podcasts and zines, they feature inspirational designers and creators from different background and disciplines. The club's mission is to bring creatives together through these initiatives and showcase all of the incredible design work happening in their communities and beyond.

About Us
Ottawa
Isabelle Poirier
Isabelle (Izzy) is the founder of the Ottawa Design Club. She felt there was a need to create a community for designers in Ottawa. Once she attended her first Montreal Design Club, she wanted to bring that awesome experience to her home town. Isabelle has been a designer for over 8 years. She is the founder and lead designer of IP Design; a studio focused on brand identity. IP Design has a distinctly modern aesthetic and is characterized by its bold, adventurous use of colour and artistic approach to developing highly conceptual creative solutions.
Ariane Bédard
Ariane is the co-founder of the Ottawa Design Club. The idea of being part of an inclusive community of like-minded creatives is what pushed Ariane to join forces with Isabelle and create this chapter of the Design Club in her city. Designer for over 10 years, she now works as a Senior Graphic Designer for the University of Ottawa. There, she works with a dynamic marketing team to promote the Student Experience. Multi-passionate, she loves to learn and to take on all kinds of new projects.
Marseille
Lucile Guarnaccia
Graphiste depuis 8 ans donc 5 en agence à Montréal, je suis revenue en France, à Marseille, ville d’où je suis originaire l’an dernier. J’ai d’abord été participante au Montréal Design Club, puis bénévole et enfin j’ai parlé à Kassandre et Kevin de mon désir de retour à Marseille et de ma volonté d’y fonder une association. On a décidé de se serrer les coudes et de réaliser ce projet ensemble. Le Marseille design club est né. Je continue ma pratique du graphisme dans le bureau de création que je suis en train de fonder avec mon associé et ami Guillaume Boutrolle, illustrateur bourré de talent. J’ai réussi à m’entourer à Marseille de personnes extraordinaires comme Amandine Fernandez et Pauline Lacroix respectivement co-fondatrices de l’association. Ainsi que de bénévoles dévoués et talentueux comme Arthur, Marion, Constance, Babeth, Louise et Emilie. Qui sait de quoi sera fait notre demain…
Amandine Fernandez
Issue d’une formation dans le web et la communication, Amandine s’est toujours intéressée aux arts multiples. Si aujourd’hui elle évolue dans monde de la Tech, elle a toujours eu besoin de s’investir dans différents projets qui la touchent artistiquement parlant. Le Marseille Design Club est vite devenu le principal d’entre eux ! Pouvoir faire partie d’un projet qui a pour ambition de rassembler des créateurs dans sa ville de ♡ la fait réellement vibrer. Sa passion ? Créer des histoires autour de diverses thématiques et renforcer la communauté sur les réseaux sociaux !
Pauline Lacroix
Récemment diplômée d’un bachelor suivi d’un master en design graphique, je me lance à présent dans l’aventure du freelance à Marseille, ma ville de cœur. Mon temps libre étant en partie consacré à la création et aux événements artistiques, le Mrs Design Club semble être une évidence. À la première rencontre avec Lucile, elle a réussi à me convaincre sur le fait que cette ville mérite ce qui lui manque; une communauté de passionnés. C’est pourquoi aujourd’hui, faire partie de ce club comble mon envie de partager ces passions, et de m’enrichir de ces richesses.

Kevin Clark
Kevin Clark is the co-founder of the Montréal Design Club. He’s passionate about bringing designers together and making Montreal shine on an international stage. He’s also been named one of the leaders to watch out for by Infopresse. At work, he is a UX Manager at Shopify where he helps people start and grow their business. For the past five years, he is also the co-host of Layout, a podcast about design, technology… and everything else!
Kassandre Jenkins
Kassandre Jenkins is the co-founder of the Montréal Design Club, mentor for the Marseille & Ottawa Design Club, host of the Design Club Podcast and freelance social media strategist. In addition of having been to every instagrammable coffee shop in Montreal, she stays on top of all the news in the design field and social media. You can find her at home on Saturday nights making TikToks with her cat!
